Our Awards offers opportunities for everyone - whether you're a solo therapist, a total newbie, or someone who has earned their beauty stripes. We want to give you and your business all the recognition it deserves, with a prestigious BCBA title that will position you as the expert in your area.
After applying & securing your categories you will be sent a form, where you can tell us all about you and your business to finalise your application.
How Our Awards Work.
The team shall review the applications received and make sure the correct categories have been applied for. Successful candidates will be notified of being a finalist within 4 weeks of entering.
You and your team will be invited to our VIRTUAL ceremony.
About Us
We are Steph & Sarah, between us we have over 25 years in the beauty business industry, both starting as solo therapists, working our way to build our businesses up to run successful salons. We are meant to be competitors, but our passion and drive brought us together and we are a powerhouse together.
Steph is still a working therapist, going back to her solo therapists roots whilst she builds the 'Black Country Beauty' brand and her sister business 'Your Social Bestie', which bridges the gap for small businesses to get on top of there social platforms through training and coaching.
Sarah is the wonderful owner of Fab The Salon, a one stop shop for all things beauty related, running a team of highly skilled therapists. Sarah also mentors other businesses not only in the beauty field and has a gift for event planning, so you know the ceremony is in good hands.
