Terms and Conditions

1. Bullying
Bullying, humiliating or speaking ill of other participants or staff members will not be accepted at The BCBA Awards. Our community is built upon equality and inclusion, we encourage industry professionals to maintain these standards and respect all members of our community.

2. Transparency
All entrants should be 100% honest with the information provided in their application.

3. Public Image
All entrants are required to keep up a professional industry standard within the press and on social media platforms.

4. Entry Requirements
- You work must be your own.
- Any testimonials and reviews need appropriate consent before using
- Must comply with all Terms of Use of Instagram (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/)
- Any content that is sexually explicit, violent, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, which violates any law, or which communicates messages of hate will be removed and the entrant will be disqualified.

Submissions must not:
(a) any rights of a third party, such as copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, and publicity rights, without limitation
(b)include disparaging remarks
threats made against any individuals, groups, businesses, or locations; or

(c) offensive or vulgar language.

Any elements that appear in the submission including, without limitation, images, text, or other materials used must be entirely original and created by the entrant, or be in the public domain.

By submitting entry, you represent that:

(a) you are the creator of your work
(b) you own all rights to your work

7. By purchasing and entering, you the entrant:

a) You hereby unconditionally and perpetually grant The BCBA Awards and its Sponsors, their agents, licensees, and assignee the right and permission to copy, publish, post, and adapt in any social media worldwide without further review, payment, or approval from you or any other person.

(b) The BCBA Awards only receives restricted rights to republish the photographs as stated in (a) above; all ownership rights in the images remain with the entrants.

(c) Agree not to initiate, support, sustain, or approve any action, claim, or litigation against the Sponsor and/or the BCBA Awards on the grounds that any use of the submission or any derivative works violates any of your rights as the entry's creator.
